Case sheets can contain protected health information. CaseClose is built so reps, hospitals and manufacturers can trust where that information goes.
We have BAAs in place with the cloud and database providers that process your data. Each distributorship also signs a BAA with CaseClose, and its reps are covered under it.
Case sheet photos are read by an AI service that runs inside the United States, under our BAA. Requests go through our secure backend, never straight from your phone.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every account sees only its own company's records, enforced in the database itself.
Other services we use, such as language or analytics tools, never receive patient information.
Result and X-ray photos are only attached after patient consent is captured and stored with the case.
Our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and BAA are public, so you can review them before you request access.
Access is limited to the reps and teammates in the distributorship that created the case, plus the recipients that rep chooses to email.
Photos are sent to an AI model hosted in the United States under a Business Associate Agreement, solely to read the case sheet. Patient information is not shared with any AI provider we don't have a BAA with.
On managed cloud infrastructure in the United States, under BAAs with our providers.
